Agreements on record
Discount or commission, which plans and since when, under the version of your partner terms each partner accepted.
For distributors
Work with two clear models: resellers that invoice their customers, and referral distributors that earn a commission when you collect. You define the plans, agreement and margin for each one.

Two distribution models
Each agreement is between one of your brands and one partner it has invited. You set the terms; the partner accepts them with your published partner terms, and the evidence is kept. You can have resellers and referral partners at the same time.
They buy at a discount off your list price and invoice their own customers. You send each one a single wholesale invoice a month for what they resold.
They bring you the customer and you invoice the customer. When the customer pays, the commission set in the agreement is recorded as owed to the partner.
How partners join
Each brand has its own invitation link. Nobody joins your channel without it.
On your brand's website, against the current version of your terms. Qaptu keeps who accepted, when, from where and the exact text.
With the plans you grant them, their customers and their commissions, under your brand.
Everything the channel needs
Discount or commission, which plans and since when, under the version of your partner terms each partner accepted.
Grant plans that are not on your public pricing page to the partners you choose.
Partners work in their own area of your brand's website: their agreement, their plans, their customers and their commissions.
Your monthly billing run prepares one wholesale invoice per reseller: your list price minus their discount.
Each referral commission is recorded when the customer pays your invoice, so you always know what you owe.
The partner behind each subscription is set when the sale is made, so wholesale lines and commissions never drift.
